How do you calculate your pass rates?

Competitors: Some exclude students that don’t study enough.  Anyone can publish high pass rates, but are they including everyone that took their review? Some reviews include students that don't report their results as having "Passed".  That's a bogus assumption!  Alternatively, some will advertise "Be 90% of our students that pass their first time".  That's very misleading because what's their true pass rate?  Are 40% of their students passing, then 90% of the 40% are passing their first time.
